Do I need a credit card to get listed?

No. The free Listed tier requires no payment information. Just sign up and you're live.

When will Featured be available?

We're rolling out Featured to a founding group of vendors first, people we know and trust to give us real feedback. Join the waitlist and we'll reach out directly when it opens to everyone.

Do I need a website or tech skills to use Featured?

Nope, that's the whole point. Featured is built for makers who'd rather bake than build a website. Your storefront, orders, and customers live in one simple place you can manage from your phone.

What's the vendor portal?

It's your home base on iSourceLocal. Manage your profile and photos, handle order requests, keep up with your followers, and get your shareable page and QR code, all in one dashboard.

Does iSourceLocal take a cut of my sales?

Never. We don't process your transactions or take a percentage of what you earn. You keep everything you sell.

What does "priority placement" mean?

Featured vendors appear at the top of search and category results when shoppers browse by ZIP code. Free listings still appear; Featured ones just get seen first.

Can I upgrade or downgrade later?

Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and cancel or downgrade with no penalty. Your listing stays active either way.

Why not just use Facebook or Instagram?

You can, and most vendors do. But shoppers on iSourceLocal are searching with intent. They typed in their ZIP code looking for exactly what you make, not scrolling past it to the next cat meme. 🐱 Your market schedule is also a structured field here, not a post buried three months back.
